Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

1. The service

NightCode ("we", "us") provides a Discord bot and a web dashboard ("the Service") that server owners and admins ("you") can add to their own Discord server to manage moderation, engagement and other community features. Some modules are available on a Free plan; others require a paid Premium or Ultra subscription.

2. Accounts and access

You access the dashboard by logging in with your Discord account. You're responsible for anything done through your Discord account and for keeping access to your server's "Manage Server" permission limited to people you trust, since that permission controls the bot's configuration.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Premium and Ultra plans are currently arranged manually: you contact us, agree on a plan and length (monthly, 3-month or yearly), and pay us directly. Your plan applies to one Discord server and unlocks the modules and limits listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Plans do not renew automatically — if a plan expires, the server automatically reverts to the Free plan and Free limits, and you're welcome to renew whenever you'd like.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, to harass or harm others, to distribute illegal content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the bot or dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for accounts or servers that violate this.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms, the module list, or plan limits from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
