Refund Policy

No refunds

Premium and Ultra plans are digital subscriptions that unlock access to bot features immediately upon payment. Because access is granted instantly and the modules can be used right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a plan has been activated on a server.

Exceptions

We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if you were charged due to a proven technical error on our side (for example, a duplicate charge, or a payment that was never applied to any server's plan). Reach out within 14 days of the charge if this happens to you.

Cancelling a plan

You can stop a plan from renewing at any time; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and the server then reverts to the Free plan. Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period.
