Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you log in with Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username and avatar so the dashboard can show your account and the servers you manage. When the bot is added to a server, we store that server's ID, name and the configuration you set for each module (welcome messages, ticket settings, log channels, and similar). We also store gameplay/engagement data the bot needs to function, such as XP levels, coin balances, warning counts and ticket or application records — all scoped to the Discord server they belong to.

2. What we don't collect

We do not read or store the content of your server's regular chat messages beyond what a module you've enabled needs at the moment (for example, checking a message against your Automod word list, or logging an edited/deleted message to a channel you configured). We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Payment data

Premium and Ultra purchases are currently arranged directly with us (for example over Discord or by bank transfer) rather than through an automated card checkout, so we don't collect or store card details at all. If we move to an automated payment provider in the future, this section will be updated to name it and explain what it shares with us.

4. How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the bot and dashboard: running commands, enforcing plan limits, displaying your configuration, and showing logs to the channels you've set up. We may use aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics to improve the Service.

5. Data retention and deletion

Server data is kept for as long as the bot remains in your server. If you remove the bot from your server and want your server's stored configuration and data deleted, contact us on Discord and we'll remove it.

6. Third parties

We rely on Discord (for authentication and bot functionality) and our payment provider (for billing) to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on their end.
